Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tools Renewed Inc. website at toolsrenewed.com, placing an order by phone, email, or through our website, or otherwise conducting business with Tools Renewed Inc. ("Tools Renewed," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed with Tools Renewed, whether through our website, by phone, or by email, are subject to acceptance by Tools Renewed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Pricing errors or inaccuracies on our website
• Product availability issues
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Failure to complete required identity verification
• Any other reason we deem appropriate to protect our business or customers

If your order is cancelled, any authorization hold on your payment method will be released. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a cancellation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, however in the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you prior to processing.

Payment is required at the time of order for all standard transactions. We accept payment through our secure payment processor, Shift4 Payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize Tools Renewed to charge the applicable amount to your payment method.

Identity Verification

For certain new customer orders, Tools Renewed may require identity verification through our third-party verification partner, iDenfy, before processing your order. This is a security measure to protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized transactions.

If verification is requested, you will receive a secure link via email. Verification must be completed within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled. The name on your government-issued ID must match the name of the cardholder on the order.

Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details on shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times.

Tools Renewed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Customers who provide their own UPS Collect Account Number for shipping do so at their own arrangement with UPS. Tools Renewed is not responsible for any billing disputes between the customer and UPS.

Back Orders

Many of our parts are stocked, however some items may be on back order. Back order times can vary depending on manufacturer availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate back order status at the time of your order. For estimated delivery times on back order items, please contact us directly.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details. A summary is provided below:

• Stock parts may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for full credit
• Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee for stock items
• Non-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returnable
• Special order parts may not be returnable — status is determined on a case by case basis
• No returns are accepted after 1 year from the invoice date
• All returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in saleable condition
• Defective parts are accepted as a valid return reason and will be evaluated upon receipt
• A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns — contact us to obtain one before shipping

Credits and refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected by Tools Renewed.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and is not a blanket guarantee on all items we sell.

Whole tools, both new and used/refurbished, may carry warranty coverage depending on the specific tool, its condition, and the circumstances of the sale. Warranty terms for whole tools are determined on a case by case basis and will be communicated at the time of sale where applicable.

Individual parts and accessories are generally sold as-is. Defective parts may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Tools Renewed is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, lack of lubrication, or normal wear and tear.

Who Can Purchase

Tools Renewed is open to all customers regardless of size or business type. We welcome orders from large construction firms, contractors, resellers, distributors, and anyone else in need of pneumatic tools, parts, or accessories. There is no minimum order requirement.

Product Information and Compatibility

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, part numbers, and compatibility information on our website are accurate. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that parts are correct and compatible for their specific tool and application before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a part is correct for your tool, please contact us before placing your order. Tools Renewed is not responsible for costs associated with incorrect parts ordered due to customer error.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tools Renewed Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable order.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Connecticut.
