Return Timeframes & Fees

We want to make the return process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following timeframes and conditions before initiating a return:

• Within 30 days of invoice date: Stock parts may be returned for full credit.
• After 30 days: Stock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Non-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returnable.
• Special order parts: May or may not be returnable — status is determined on a case by case basis.
• After 1 year from invoice date: Tools and parts are not returnable.

Valid Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Ordered incorrect item
• Received incorrect item
• Defective product

How to Initiate a Return

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all returns. Please do not ship items back without first obtaining an RMA number from us.

To request an RMA, contact us by phone or email:

  When calling, please have your invoice or packing list number, the item(s) you are returning, your reason for return, and your preferred resolution ready.

  When emailing, please include the following:

• 1. Invoice or Packing List number from your purchase
• 2. Item(s) you are returning
• 3. Reason for the return (incorrect item ordered, incorrect item received, or defective product)
• 4. How you would like the return resolved (replacement, store credit, or refund)

We will issue a Return Authorization Number via email or phone. Please reference the RMA number on all shipments and correspondence.

Credits and Refunds

Credits and refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected by Tools Renewed. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
