Product Returns
Stock parts purchased within 30 days of the invoice date may be returned for full credit. Non-Stock and special order parts may, or may not, be returnable.
After 30 days stock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If returnable, non-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order parts may not be returnable. Their status must be determined on a case by case basis.
After 1 year from the invoice date, tools and parts are not returnable.
All returned parts are subject to inspection by Tools Renewed. Items must be unused and in saleable condition. Parts and tools that are modified by the customer, used, abused, misused, not maintained or not properly lubricated will not be accepted.

3. Reason for this return
- Ordered incorrect item
- Received incorrect item
- Defective product
4. How would you like this resolved?
- Replace the item
- Issue Credit
- Issue Refund
We will issue a return authorization number via email or telephone. Please reference the RMA number on all shipments and correspondence.
Credits and refunds are issued after the items are received.
