Diagram Not Loading or Index Numbers Out of Sort?

Diagram isn't appearing, or the index numbers look misaligned or out of order? The page was likely recently updated and your browser is showing an older cached version of it. Try a hard refresh to force it to reload:

Desktop

• Chrome, Firefox, Edge (Mac): Cmd + Shift + R
• Chrome, Firefox, Edge (Windows): Ctrl + Shift + R
• Safari (Mac): Hold Shift and click the Reload button, or go to Develop > Empty Caches

Mobile
