WET DUST CONTROL
A Simple and Effective dust suppression system that will enable our customers meet the requirements of the dust standards without the need to replace their existing tools or disrupt their work. Greatly reduces amount of dust in the work area by spraying with a fine mist of water.
Advantages: Simple setup, Low cost, Easy maintenance,. Works on your existing tools.
How to use:
- Mount the misting system onto your Rivet Buster, Chipper, Breaker or Rock Drill.
- Connect to water source with a standard garden hose fitting.
- Fine mist will suppress dust at the point of contact.
- Dispose of dust with your tailings.
Disadvantages: Water source required, Operates only above freezing.*Special Note for Rock Drills: Many rock drills are already equipped with a wet drilling option. You may only need the wet drilling adapter kit to connect to your water source. The rock drill wet kits do not spray a fine mist but instead feed water directly into the drill rod where it exits through the bit. It supresses dust, speeds up the drill rate and extends the life of your bit.ROCK DRILLS
