Why have Silica Dust Control?
Exposure to respirable crystalline silica can lead to many chronic illnesses such as: Silicosis, lung cancer, other respiratory diseases and kidney disease.

Exposure can occur during common construction tasks such as: Using masonry saws, grinders, drills, jackhammers and handheld powered chipping tools, operating vehicle-mounted drilling rigs, milling, operating crushing machines and using heavy equipment for demolition or other tasks.
Wet Dust Control with Spray Mist:
- The wet spray kit is easily mounted onto rivet busters, chipping hammers, paving breakers and saws.
- The light water spray reduces dust movement at the work area.
- Dispose of dust along with tailings.
Dry Dust Control with Dust Shroud and Vacuum:

- Install vacuum shroud onto each tool. Each tool requires a specific shroud.
- Connect vacuum shroud to a vacuum dust collector powered by air or electricity.
- The vacuum dust collector requires periodic cleaning to dispose of collected dust.
